I am dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga with everyone who seeks its calming, therapeutic results. The practice will, over time, lead to increased physical strength, improved flexibility, and benefits to mental health. In this time of uncertainty, the beneficial effects of yoga can support a healthy lifestyle for everyone.
Join me for a variety of yoga classes that is made for all levels. I offer live class adjustments and love learning more about what's going on in your life. If you can't make live class times, feel free to take any of my classes at your own pace.
Level 1 & 2 Vinyasa: This one-hour class links breath and body movement to build strength, foster flexibility, and help to clear the mind. There are many variations offered in these classes, making them accessible for level 1 and level 2 practitioners of yoga.
Chair yoga: This 45-minute class offers an opportunity to practice vinyasa practice with the support of a chair. This is an excellent option for workday breaks, offering a mental and physical reset. This class is appropriate for beginners of all ages. More advanced yogis can also benefit from this class as well.
